LATICRETE VAPOR BAN Primer ER is a single-coat, 100% solids, liquid-applied 2-part epoxy coating designed to control moisture vapor emission from new or existing concrete slabs. It requires minimal surface preparation, combining the application of a moisture barrier and primer into one step. It also serves as an epoxy primer for concrete before installing self-leveling underlayment products. Ideal for fast-track projects, slab-on-grade construction, and elevated slabs, it can be used with various moisture-sensitive floor coverings and adhesives. Install in one step, with no sand broadcast or additional primers needed, reducing material and labor costs.
